Question About John Deere Lawn Mower 155c
High RPM, Low RPM, Stopping...

My 155C revs high then revs low for several times then stops. I've had the carb rebuilt by a certified JD dealership and performed all of the service--oil, filters, element, lube. The motor is the V-Twin B&S 25 hp. Any ideas for curing this problem
