Bought this snowblower attachment for my 1980's 31...

Bought this snowblower attachment for my 1980's 316 garden tractor, I think the Shute rotater is a make do type attached with cables. I would like a diagram for the snowblower model # GO 49k 450201 m, could you help me? I wondering if it's a belt and not wire cable, Gord
