Question About Jacuzzi Hot Tub 9800000
Heater...

Can't seem to get heater to heat up. Reset button has been pressed but don't think that was problem to begin with. On top of tub there is a control knob that says Max & Min with weird plug coming from underneath. What is that plug for.
