I own an image spa 73920 and when I depress pump one button jets do not turn on and there is no flow through the heater, so spa stays cold. When I depress pump two button the appropriate jets do turn on as usual, but spa does not heat up, since I believe pump one is the one through which heat is attained for the spa. I am unsure as to whether it is the pump or the heater which is not working.
