Question About Hustler Turf Lawn Mower 926865
I am having troulbe starting my Hustler 52" Mini Z...

I am having troulbe starting my Hustler 52" Mini Z. I put a new battery in and it started 2 times. Now I have to use my battery charger manual starter assit to start it. I check the recterfer while its running its putting out 14.45 volts. Could it be a weak coil or starter.
