Question About Hustler Turf Lawn Mower 42
BLADES WON'T TURN WHEN LIFTING UP ON MOWER BUTTON...

I HIT A STUMP AND THE BLADES IMMEDIATELY STOPPED TURNING, CAN'T FIND ANYTHING STUCK IN BLADES BUT NOW THEY WON'T TURN, I CAN HOWEVER TURN THEM MANUALLY. COULD IT BE A LOOSE BELT?
