how do i do remove the trimmer head?

0 On the Husqvarna 123L, there is a hole near the gearbox (on the side of the metal collar that holds the head to the shaft). Just put an allen wrench or punch in the hole and rotate the head until the wrench pops in further. Now it will grip something internally as you twist off the head. It shouldn't take that much pressure to get it loose. The threads are lefties, so just turn the opposite direction than you normally would.
