Question About Husqvarna Snow Blower 1130ST
removing front pully off of crank shaft...

Is there a way to stop the crank shaft from turning when your trying to remove the front pully? I had somebody hold the back of the pully with channel locks and I loosened the pully that way. Maybe that's the way it's done but it didn't seem right
