When i pushed down the lever on the left side to make the machine move, the wheels turned about a half tire then stopped. it would not move after that. i put it in every gear and reverse. still nothing. the "L" shaped rod that adjusts gears is moving fine and the spring that is attached to the handle is good.( it raises the mechanism showing on the back of the machine.) thanks.
