WON'T STAY RUNNING BLACK SMOKE FROM EXHAUST...

STARTED BLOWING BLACK SMOKE FROM EXHAUST AND LOOSING POWER WHILE MOWING. NOW WONT START UNLESS CHOKE IS ON, AND HARDLY RUNS, AND BLOWS BLACK SMOKE. HAS 22 HP KAWASKI V TWIN ENGINE.
