Stuck Choke...

Choke will not pull out so I can't start the mower.

0 the outer cable protector melts and clogs the inner core sliding freely, twist and move the cable to free up the core. it happens to mine after each time i use it....frustrating but hey. replace the cable and put a heat shield around it where it comes close to the engine
