mowers been sitting for 3 yrs cant get it to start...

mowers been sitting for 3 yrs cant get it to started batteries dead dont have a charger what voltage is it and how can i fix it

0 first off, you need to put Sta-Bil in it, the gas in the tank is going to be stinky gas and it will caramelize inside the tank. You could try using SeaFoam it is another additive to help clean the tank. Change the battery, three yrs that battery is toast.
