Question About Husqvarna Lawn Mower LTH1797
I bought a new drive belt,but it's still doing the...

I bought a new drive belt,but it's still doing the same thing.It goes up hill ok,straight ok.Down hill it will come to a halt,and then go and halt.The Wire at the back that takes it out of gear has come of, Not sure how to but it back on.
