Question About Husqvarna Lawn Mower 62522SH

My starter cord is stuck. Taking the top off the mower does not allow me access to see what the problem is with the cord. Anyone have any ideas?

0 You have to take off the part that has the chord winder attached.I beleive it has 2 bolts in front & 2 around the backside.when you lift the cowling up the chord should free up. clean and lube the area.
