Question About Husqvarna Lawn Mower YTH20K46
changing oil filter...

machine is new. can't get filter off, even with wrench. turning clockwise. what i am doing wrong? are there screws to loosen before the filter will turn? please help.

5 the best way i found is to use a rubber strap wrench,

5 There is a problem with changing the filter on a new Husqvarna YTH20K46 lawn mower. It shouldn't be this difficult. I will try a rubber strap wrench as suggested. Husqvarna needs to address this problem.

0 I have a Husqvarna YTH20K46 lawn mower and had no problem getting the filter off. You said in your posting that you tried to turn it clockwise, that would be the wrong way on that model, try counter-clockwise and see if this helps.
