my pull start locks up so that i either cant pull…

for Husqvarna Chainsaw 2101xp

my pull start locks up so that i either cant pull it at all, or can barelyh get it to move. i have taken the cord off and it works freely, but the pully behind acts like it needs lube because it squeeks when i turn it. how do i get that part off to lube it?
