5 It is probably an issue with the internal pump. A relief valve is probably stuck. You could look at a replacement pump or you should be able to find a repair kit. Here is an example of a pump for $139 http://www.ppe-pressure-washer-parts.com/product/PWVR24%2F2.3 Or a scratch & dent version for $99 http://www.ppe-pressure-washer-parts.com/product/PWVR24%2F2.3-SD Or on the same site they have replacement parts if you want to dig in and open up the pump and find the issue.
