The engine is flooding and will not start

5 If this is a two stroke, you may need to adjust the carberator. This takes fine tuning and in depth knowledge in the small engines department. I would first pull your carb off and give it a good cleaning, put it back on and see if it helps. Other wise bring it to a small engines specialist as the float level of your carb may not be set to its proper specifications and will cause it to flood.
