Question About Huskee Log Splitter LS 401302
Huskee Log Splitter...

Coupling between the pump and motor keeps failing. Appears to be a Love Joy style coupling and the teeth have been badly damaged twice. This is a 22 ton, 5.5 HP Vertical/Horizontal log splitter. Can't find a serial number but does have following SKU 21-53647 and purchased from Tractor Supply company.

0 I have the same model and have had the same problem. The solution is to get proper alignment of the Love Joy teeth. The two sprockets have to be near perfect for parallel and alignment. My splitter has many hours once I found how close the alignment needed to be. Good luck.
