the tractor has not been run for two years. Gas was drained and wd-40 was sprayed in the cylinders. I now want to sell the tractor as I don't use it anymore. I gased it up, changed oil and jumped it off my car. the tractor started but ran ruff as expected and finally quit. will not start since that first try. when you look down through the air cleaner while cranking it,it looks like gas is pumping into the carb from two small jet like nozzles and that may be flooding it...not sure. I disconected the gas line and the tractor started again. hooked the line back up and again, it won't restart and the gas seems to pour into the carb from those nozzles. engine is the B&S OVH V-twin 23 hp. any ideas??
