STARTING AND STAY STARTED...

I CAN ONLY START THE MOWER BY JUMPING IT AT THE STARTER. I REPLACED SWITCH AND BELT. WHEN I GO FROM DISENAGE TO ENAGE THE MOWER SHUTS OFF. WHY
