0 My neighbor gave me this mower after it sat un-used in his barn for about 5 or 6 years. gas tank was empty. to my knowledge he used it for one or two seasons on his lawn. I changed the battery and added gas. The engine started to turn over, right away. I stoped before it started and changed the oil. I cant get it to make a sound now. Is there a safety switch on this mower that I cant see?
