I REPLACED THE LOWER DECK BELT....I REMOVED A LARGE SPRING THAT RAN TO THE FRAM AND HOOKED INTO THE DECK...NOW WHEN I REPLACED THE SPRING...THE BLADES STAY ENGAGED ALL THE TIME
