i have a huskee 18.5 hp 46" cut. the left rear axl...

i have a huskee 18.5 hp 46" cut. the left rear axle came out. the retainer ring broke. i took it apart and fixed it but the mower won't move now that all is back together. fluid is in, reinstalled correctly. any advice would be appreciated. thanks
