How to change blade and need an illustration showing what the shaft should look like . I have no bolt or shaft to hold blafe

0 I want to thank you so much for the info & manual with illustrations. The only thing left after blade fell off ehile mowing was the blade adaptor. The blade , washer, screw all were missing. Nothing to slide blade back onto. Iwas very confused since I have changed blades before on my Honda. Still not sure unless the adaptor needs to go up further on the shaft since there is no opening to put a screw thru and nothing to slide back on to. Just this flat metal about 3in wide which looks similar to the picture of blade adaptor.
