Question About Huskee Lawn Mower 14ar808k131
electric pto removal...

I am trying to replace a shredded lower drive belt. I have followed the directions in the manuel yet after removeing the hex bolt off the pto it will not "drop" as it should, there is not even the smallest amount of play. any help would be appreciated.
