Question About Huskee Lawn Mower 13A4660F131
clicks won't start...

when I turn my key I can hear it click but will not start. I replaced my battery--not the cause. It sounds like it can't pull the pulley

0 I bought a huskee lawnmower for 40 bucks they could not figure out how to get it started! If it will turn over a little bit--- Pull your engagement backwards when you crank lawnmower ---- that is the only 1 of 3 safety switches that will cause the huskee not to start Let me know if it does not work
