Question About Huskee Lawn Mower 13A4660F131
clicks won't start...

when I turn my key I can hear it click but will not start. I replaced my battery--not the cause. It sounds like it can't pull the pulley

0 try turning the motor 1/4 turn by hand then turning the key. If it goes 3/4 turn then stops, you probably have bent exhaust rods. I'm NOT an expert or even a decent mechanic so I replaced the engine when it happened to mine.
