How do you remove the trimmer head and add line?

0 The red knob is the "wrench" to loosen the LEFT-HANDED bolt. You've always heard "Rightsy tightsy, Leftsy Loosy" Well, this one goes the other way. That's so it doesn't come flying off while you are trimming. It just keeps getting tighter. Hope this helps.
