Question About Homelite Trimmer HRT Classic.
runs at one speed, slows and stops when using the whip....

Then engine speed/control or throttle control switch on the rod does not seem to have any effect on the motor speed. it seems to buzz at top throttle, but quickly slows and stalls when the whip is used to cut plants. I have an HRT Classic.
