Need OM & IPB 20044B. I get good choke response, starts @1/2 choke, holding full throttle. Can't stay running @ on RUN, no throttle response. Can work it btwn 1/2 choke & full 2 stay running longer but won't hold & certainly won't respond 2 throttle. New fuel line & filter yesterday. Screwed this up maybe? Filter is white and seemed not very permeable. Was that white a tape cover to peel off? I had both lines of engine detached @ the same time, did I reverse them?
