4 the diapham at the bottom of the carb is week andneeds a spring . remove the 4 screws and cut a few turns off a spring from a pen . just prime once very easy to start.

3 the diapham at the bottom looses it's stiffness very fast and doesn't operate the lever inside the car to drop gas in the lower chamber putting a light spring between the diphram and the bottom plate activates the lever . not to strong as when pressure builds up it needs to shut gas flow off.
