Engine floods easy and will not start. I just had it tuned and gone though - ie carb kit etc by a local small engine repair. They are able to start it by I can't. I'm getting ready to take it back again but I though I try this service first. I follow the instructions on the shaft to start; set to 1, pump bulb 8 - 10 times, set to 2, press trigger & pull chord until it tries to start, set to 3, press trigger and pull start until it runs, set to 4. I pull more than a dozen times.
