Hi How do you adjust the carb on a homelike HTC 12...

Hi How do you adjust the carb on a homelike HTC 12 tiller 2 cycle 30 cc engine. There are three screws on it. A big Phillips head screw and two small black needle like screws. I have just rebuilt the carb. Thanks in advance
