Just bought Homelite 2700 PSI /UT80993 last year w...

Just bought Homelite 2700 PSI /UT80993 last year worked fine this yr. no pressure, Is it that pump thats bad from storeing outside. Is this covered at all? there is nothing in the owners manual about this . Please inform me on what to do.
