Are there any parts that might come out of the noz...

Are there any parts that might come out of the nozzel if the spray tip was not seated well. The nozzel shot out when the trigger was pulled. Located the tip and reinserted. Water now comes out in various places around the nozzel and the tip but lressure is reduced. Thanks.
