homelite wood splitter UT49103 starting prblem, ru...

homelite wood splitter UT49103 starting prblem, runs fine once it gets going. of late i have to flip the fan wheel at the end of the motor, once in motion the engine runs fine. after split, its off and wont start again, till i flip the fan agan to get it going.
