Question About Homelite Lawn Mower HL454HP
my mower wnt start ive change the spark plug got ...

my mower wnt start ive change the spark plug got petrol and oil in it what other problem could it be ive had it 4years i snapped the pulley string changed it but it doesnt seem to go on like the original i pull it and it doesnt spring back to start the motor
