0 The low speed mixture adjustment on the carburetor is set too lean. Of course you cannot but the tool, so you are up the proverbial creek unless you have a little mechanical ability. The adjustments have a high collar around them and require a special tool the manufacturer will only sell to an authorized shop. (tamper proof, thank you California) I removed the carb and with a cutoff blade on a dremel tool, I cut down through the collar and across the top of both adjusting screws making a screw driver slot. Once back together, I started the saw and made an adjustment to the low speed mixture of about 1/8 to 1/4 turn richer. At full speed, the high speed mixture took about the same. Runs great now!!
