5 Set the mower on level surface. Lower to desired mower setting. In front there is linkage that can be adjusted to lift or lower the front. The rear has two brackets with 15mm bolts. They are channelled sliders. Loosen these two bolts. Measure from bottom of deck to ground. Adjust to your normal mowing setting. Ergo 1, 2, 3 inch. Retighten bolts on rear brackets. Now measure the front of the deck in center. Where the linkage attaches to the deck. Use small level placed on deck facing front and back. Turn the nut on the linkage in or out to level. Turn level side to side and check for level. If not level loosen one of the rear sliders to adjust. Tighten bolt. And you have a level deck.
