I just returned a power washer to harbor freight (98444) for a new one. It looks to me that the throttle arm is not connected to the throttle itself. I think it is missing a throttle cable of some sort. The motor idles but will not come up to speed when the marked throttle arm is advanced. The replacement unit is missing the same part. Please help..
