have installed new battier and cables can here blades ingage when pto is pulled but even when pto is off and park bark set and in N andkey is trun nothing happens have check saftey switch under set it seems fine, got it used had to jump start it on the starter and body with portable starter to move it onto a trailer haven't been able to start it sense what could be the problem
