Question About Gravely Lawn Mower 991028
I have a Gravely 152z zero turn mower. Won't start...

I have a Gravely 152z zero turn mower. Won't start w/o jump. PTO kills engine instantly. Low battery or a bad relay or switch? Model # 991028. Service w/o parts is around $200+. Any help would be appreciated.
