how do u take the rims off of a gravely pro 1548g ...

how do u take the rims off of a gravely pro 1548g It has a nut on one side and a snap ring on the other tire to the shaft. I need to put the bolts back in the break and pullies. They have sheared off and right side wheel will not pull
