How can I adjust the carby on my GMC 750 watt gene...

How can I adjust the carby on my GMC 750 watt generator? The generator has been sitting around for a while and I think the carby is the problem. I have already changed spark plug, cleaned filters and replaced the fuel, but it still won't go.
