0 It's 35 degrees. The chainsaw I bought (years ago now) came with a file fixed to a metal bar with a 35 degree line to follow. Hope this helps.

0 By the way, does your saw have a metal bar between the blade and either the body of the machine or else between the blade and the cover which keeps the blade in place? When I bought it the metal plate was between the bar and the cover but it seems to fit snugly between the bar and the body of the machine. Which is the right place for it to go do you know?

0 Ps I meant bar not blade, and metal plate not metal bar. Gawd.
