generator will not start. does not seem to be getting fuel to carb. i have cleaned the carb thoroughly. i believe there is a fuel assist pump on bottom of carb. it actually is not connected to anything electrically. it will turn over with some carb cleaner just for a moment. then the vapors are gone. and there is still no fuel coming into carb or getting to ignition.
