Some of my lights don't work. 2 lites are wired… to one side and 4 lites are wired to the other side. The 4 lites do not come on. They did when system was first installed but stopped working after 2-3 months

1. I need to set the time... it defaults to… 0000. I set it to the correct time but in about 5 seconds, it reverts to 0000 2. I need to change the clock from a 24 hour to a 12 hour time
