I have a problem with my Flymo Contour 500 Trimmer...

I have a problem with my Flymo Contour 500 Trimmer. It feeds the line out all the time, It of course get tangled. This happens all the time and now I cannot use it, This happens with a new spool and has become very expensive. What is the answere?
