My charging system is not working ..I have checked stator reading..30ac..but I am only registering 12.3volts when power is off and when turning mower on..it drops when engaging pto .fuses are good..battery is new I've already ran it down and have had to charge..please help..I refuse to take to dealer cause they rape u..I had it there last yr for same prolum..tha jackass said I was loosing voltage somewhere but he didn't know for sure..
